Licensed in 1977, we have been engaged in the profession for 41 years. We purchased Fowlie Nicholson Realty (Chase) in 1980 and changed the name to Riley & Associates Realty Ltd., now one of the longest existing real estate businesses in the Shuswap. We both hold agent (broker) licenses and actively manage the business as well as sell real estate. Our backgrounds vary from being born and raised on the North Shuswap (Al), to prairie and Vancouver living (Lyn). These long standing roots in the area along with a vast collection of real estate knowledge over time has firmly established our reputation as independent brokers who strive to maintain a high level of service to all our clients. My real estate career began in 1993. These years of licensing gave me extensive knowledge to make selling or buying a home as easy and worry free as possible. I was born in Germany and moved from Ontario to the beautiful Shuswap area in 1999. Specializing in acreages and rural properties, I use my fluency in German to aid foreign investors and newcomers to Canada. Ich bin das deutsche Mitglied des Riley Teams.
