3208 Eagle Bay RoadI don’t generally use the term “semi-waterfront”, mostly because I do not know exactly what it means. If I was going to use the term here is what it would mean to me – The lot owns property on the lakeside of the road. This land is not large enough to accommodate a dwelling, however it is entitled to a private wharf and buoy. There is land on the opposite side of the road which is absolutely useable for a residence. If that is the definition then it fits this property perfectly!
There is a beautiful northwest facing sandy beach and a new triton dock. On the other side, the lot is beautifully landscaped with a gently sloping lawn. On the lot are 2 travel trailers with their own kitchen and sleeping areas. The owner also constructed a separate wash house with all facilities connected to the septic system. Both trailers and the washroom are connected by a huge sundeck which can support a ton of friends.
There is a water system from the lake and hydro is on both sides of the road, including an outlet on the lakeside.
