 I can’t call it WATERFRONT but I want to. I don’t know what Semi-Waterfront actually means. So I shall call it what it is – The best lot in Lucerne Beach Estates on the Shuswap. Why do I say best? Because even though it does not go to the lake it has unimpeded access across a road that has virtually no traffic over it to a private park and some of the nicest lakefront on the Shuswap.  It is also one of a very limited number of large lots that have over 17000 sq/ft of flat property.  Most of this lot is in grass, with a number of privacy trees on the sides.  The lot is serviced by a quiet paved road,a community water system with septic to be installed onsite.
