Lot 2 Noakes RoadSometimes the best way to approach things is to simply list what the place does have and what it does not have!
This acreage does not have a great house. My father started with plans for the existing building to be a guest house and the main residence to be built on the upper portion of the land. The cabin has only kitchen/living/dining area, with one bedroom and an office area. It does not have proper siding, the finishing is not great, it needs to be updated, and it is generally a mess, however it is solidly constructed and the metal roof does not leak.

The place also has a 200 amp. hydro service, septic system, a drilled well, a separate 24’ x 24’ shop with concrete floor and hydro., the existing cabin has a full concrete basement which is unfinished, and the garden site produced some of the coolest tomatoes on the planet!
